Windsor Court initially constructed as an office park in the early 1990’s, consisting of individual office buildings within a gated courtyard and located in the exclusive Duchy area of Harrogate, has been converted into 27 luxury apartments.
The conversion included the addition of passenger lifts within an external glazed façade to the front elevation of the residential blocks and new utility connections to serve changed use of the development.
Solution:Positive was appointed to develop a services strategy to meet the requirements of the client's brief and liaise with the utility providers to procure the utility infrastructure to serve the apartments, including upgrading the existing infrastructure to the development.
